The Sentence Management Manual provides direction to staff involved in the functions of sentence management to ensure that they perform their duties consistently and in line with legal requirements and Corrections Victoria requirements. It forms part of a hierarchy of requirements and guidelines that include legislation, the Correctional Practice Framework, Victorian and national correctional standards, Commissioner’s Requirements and Deputy Commissioner’s Instructions. It's made up of 4 parts.
