This report—commissioned by Corrections Victoria (CV)—provides an overview of what works in rehabilitating young adult offenders aged 18 to 25 who are imprisoned, transitioning to the community, or sentenced directly to a community based order.

Key tasks involved a) generating evidence-based Good Practice Principles for working with and rehabilitating the target population, and b) reporting on the “fit” between CV’s Offender Management Framework and what is working further afield (i.e., in jurisdictions other than Victoria) in engaging 18 to 25 year old offenders.
