The Corrections Victoria Disability Framework 2010–2012, Committing to the Challenges demonstrated a continuing organisational commitment to tackling the ongoing challenges which contribute to elevated recidivism among this specific group of offenders.
The Framework encompassed four strands that in combination delivered a cohesive three-year plan:
- research
- innovation
- coordination
- strategy
At the midway point in the Framework's cycle, Corrections Victoria released the Disability Framework Report Card No. 2 - Half Way Mark. This Report Card presents a summary of the progress of the Disability Framework initiatives to July 2011.
